A Scoop of Neo-politan Ice Cream

My first RWBY drawing since the RWBYAC, and it's a character I haven't yet drawn- mostly because I thought her parasol's lace design was going to be way too complicated. Turns out it's pretty reasonable to draw as long as the umbrella is either completely open or completely shut and from a perspective that's not too extreme. I've been wanting to draw Neo ever since I saw cosplay her, but haven't until now. I'm glad I did.
